- 15-17 June 2009 (precise schedule TBA)
- 13-14 July 2009, in conjunction with IJCAI-09 in Pasadena, CA
- presence at the venue encouraged but not required
- all qualifying teams will play on 13 July (displays at IJCAI TADA workshop)
- top-scoring teams from 13 July compete in final round on 14 July
